Log in to the Cembra App and scan the QR code on the eService homepage: Cembra App → More → Log in to eService

You can choose between two authentication methods:

1. your standard login credentials (username and password)
2. the Cembra App (Cembra App → More → Log in to eService)

You can update your address in your profile in the Cembra App (top right of the home screen). Alternatively, you can complete, sign, and return the “ picture_as_pdf Change of address form ”.

You can update your email address in your profile in the Cembra App (top right of the home screen).

You can update your mobile number in your profile in the Cembra App (top right of the home screen).

This function becomes active immediately after activation in eService or in the Cembra App.

You can find your transactions under Accounts → Transactions.

You can find your invoices under Documents → Monthly statements.
You can open or save each invoice using the “Download” button.

You can view the last 24 months of invoices in eService.

If interest has been charged, you will find your tax statement under: Documents → Tax statements

Yes. Detach the payment section from the QR invoice. You can then use it at the post office counter or attach it to a paper payment order.

Please note that the post office charges a fee for counter payments. Payments via bank transfer, e‑banking, or direct debit (LSV) are free of charge.

Depending on your eligibility and card type, you can order an additional card:
Accounts → Card Management → Order additional card.

1. Click “Forgot password?” on the eService login page
2. After identification, you will receive an email with the reset link.
