Important notes on processing your e-mail request

To process your request quickly and securely, please note the following points:

  • Always include your account number in the e-mail.

  • For security reasons, please do not send sensitive data such as passwords or full credit card numbers via e-mail. For credit card numbers, please send only the first and last 4 digits.
