Yes. After a successful transfer, you can reuse the recipient’s details. Select the recipient, enter the amount and confirm the money transfer.

There are no separate transfer fees for MoneyTransfer.

The recipient’s financial institution or other third-party providers may charge their own fees. Cembra has no control over these fees. Before making the money transfer, ask the recipient about any possible fees.

If fees apply, they will be deducted from the amount sent. In this case, the recipient will receive less than the amount originally sent.

No. You enter the amount you want to send in Swiss francs (CHF). Cembra converts it into a supported currency of the recipient’s country using the displayed exchange rate. Before confirming the transfer, you can view the exchange rate and the payout amount in the Cembra App.

Before confirming the transfer, check the recipient’s name, bank account details and the amount. You cannot cancel a money transfer once you have submitted it.

Only send money to people you know and trust. If you suspect fraud, do not make the money transfer.
