At the moment, only credit card products are available on the Cembra Money Bank eService. Write to us and tell us which services and products you would like to see on the Cembra Money Bank eService.

Information on our credit cards is available on our website.

If you hold another Cembra Money Bank credit card, you can also add this in eService.
Select the "Accounts and cards" category and navigate to the "Account overview" sub-category. The "Add an account" option can be found on the right-hand side of the screen. Click this link to add your credit card products with the corresponding information.

The supplementary card is automatically added to your eService if the main credit card of the account is already registered in eService.

If you still do not hold a supplementary card, you can request one via a supplementary card application form. The application form can be accessed via the following two methods:

Option 1
You can order a supplementary card via "Accounts and cards", "Card overview" and then select the respective credit card product and click "Apply for an additional card". Clicking this link will take you to the application form required.

Option 2
The supplementary card application form can be accessed by navigating to "Support centre", "Important information" and then selecting the credit card product required.

There are two simple ways of recording a change of address with us.

1. Do you have an eService login? Use the messaging function within eService to notify us of a change of address. Using this method, you will not have to provide further verification of your person.
2. You can also notify us of your change of address by completing and printing out the form and sending it to us by post.
